The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is continuing spring road project maintenance work in Butler County this week.
These activities include pipe replacement, which will be occurring along Glen Eden Road in Cranberry Township, Franklin Road in Jackson Township, Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township, and Dick Road in Connoquenessing Township as well as drainage work along Route 8 and Franklin Road in Slippery Rock Township.
Patching will be taking place on Freeport Street and Saxonburg Boulevard in Clinton Township, Glen Eden Road in Cranberry Township, Eakin Road in Venango Township, and Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township.
Shoulder cutting and mowing is planned for Brownsdale Road in Forward Township and Route 8 as well as Meridian Road in Butler and Penn Townships.
