A Mercer County man was seriously injured following a crash last weekend.
According to State Police, 20-year-old Camaron Gallagher of Clarks Mills was driving on Route 19 in Fairview Township shortly after 8 p.m. last Friday.
Gallagher allegedly lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway before entering a yard. He then crashed into a row of pine trees, became air born, and caught on fire. A bystander heard the crash and was able to put out the fire with an extinguisher.
Gallagher was flown by Stat MedEvac to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown for treatment of serious injury. The cause of this crash is under investigation.
