Butler Township is moving ahead with a several storm water project planned for later this summer.
During their meeting earlier this week, the Butler Township Commissioners awarded the Arlington Avenue Storm Water Project to Holbein Incorporated.
The Sarver-based company submitted the lower of two bids received last week at around $342,000. 90% of this funding will come through a grant awarded by Butler County with the Township covering the remaining 10%.
This work is expected to begin in a couple weeks and be completed within 60 days. Some temporary road closures are likely to be needed to accomplish the work.
