Visitors to the Pennsylvania Farm Show now underway in Harrisburg can get a closer look at this year’s buttery creation.
The farm show crowd favorite was recently unveiled by PA Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding in the form of a half-ton butter sculpture.
This 33rd annual tableau was created with the theme of “Table for All: Pennsylvania Dairy Connects Communities” and features a community gathering around a dinner table.
The work of art was crafted over the course of several weeks from butter donated by Land O’ Lakes in Carlisle, Cumberland County and is sponsored by American Dairy Association North East.
