Cranberry Township says residents will once again have the chance to name a vehicle this year.
Officials say they received thousands of submissions last year in their “Name That Snowplow” contest. It eventually led to the pick of “Ice-Ta-La-Vista-Cranberry.”
Now, this year’s contest is Title the Truck as the Township looks for unique, Cranberry-centric names for one of the Public Works Department’s all-season trucks used for snow removal in the winter, road paving in the summer, and various other projects at other times.
Submissions will be accepted through February 16th on the Cranberry Township website. Five entries will be selected then for voting February 19th through March 16th.
The winning slogan will be announced March 21st with the design placed on a township truck and the winner receiving a Township prize pack.
