Families of young children in the Mars Area School District are invited to attend a Kindergarten Preview planned for later this week.
This event will take place during two sessions Thursday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. as well as 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Mars Area Primary Center.
Parents and students will be able to learn about attending kindergarten during the 2024-25 school year as well as participate in a school scavenger hunt, a library “read-aloud”, and a school bus ride.
Kids who will be 5 years old on or before September 1st are invited to attend. Registration begins on March 15th and will take place through an Online Student Enrollment system on the Mars District website.
