The Pennsylvania Department of Health is offering free training courses online to help tackled the overdose epidemic.
All Pennsylvanian’s now have access to educational documents used by healthcare providers and public safety professionals to help deal with the overdose epidemic.
Some of the courses include how and when to proscribe opioids to a patient and how to treat those suffering from addiction.
The courses are free of charge and only require the creation of an account with Train PA the comprehensive catalog of public health training opportunities for professionals who serve the citizens of Pennsylvania.
