A Mercer County man is facing charges after a domestic incident at home in Grove City over personal items.
It happened Monday when Grove City Police were called to an apartment on the 100 block of South Broad Street for a domestic incident in progress. When police arrived, they discovered 28-year-old Joshua Huling of Clearfield arguing with the victim.
Huling was arguing about personal items in the apartment.
When the victim spoke with police they showed red marks on their neck and accused Huling of choking them.
Huling has been charged with strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.
