The former pastor at By His Grace Ministries has waived his preliminary hearing on the third set of charges he’s facing for sexual assault.
Herman Rushing Jr. has been accused of inappropriately touching a 11-year-old girl and 9-year-old girl.
In December, he was also accused of sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl and 16-year-old girl.
By His Grace Ministries is located on North McKean Street in the City of Butler.
Rushing is currently out on bail.
