Glen was born January 26, 1942, in Washington, PA, to the late Glen E. Dean and Julia Dean.
He graduated Trinity High School in Washington, PA, in 1959. He proudly joined the Army National Guard to serve our Country. Glen was known for his green thumb and flower gardens, taking great pride in his Hydrangeas.
He was the owner of Dean’s Auto Service in Washington, PA for over 30 years. He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed car racing, dirt racing, and NASCAR. Glen spent many nights at Lernerville Speedway and Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Him and his wife, Karen, made NASCAR trips visiting many of their favorite speedways including Charlotte, Bristol, and Daytona.
Surviving is his wife, Karen L. (Pollock) Dean, whom he married September 14, 1996, one stepdaughter; Maureen L. Lantz, and one sister; Carolyn (Clarence) Behanna. Also surviving are 3 nephews, one niece, numerous cousins, and the many friends Glen made.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Janet Tomcyk.
There will be no public visitation per Glen’s wishes.
