The Big Butler Fair continues this week.
The 168th running of the fair will feature food, carnival rides and games, demo derbies, tractor pulls, farm animals, concerts, and a professional 4th of July firework show.
Visitors Monday can see a Derbydog Demolition Derby at the Grandstand beginning at 7 p.m. while Tuesday is the Kids Caravan Parade at 6:30 at the W.L. Roenigk Sr. Cattle Arena followed by the Figure 8 races at the Grandstand at 7.
General fair gate admission tickets can be purchased for $9 online or between $8 and $10 at the gate cash only depending on the time. Children 6 and under are free. Parking is also free.
The Big Butler Fair is going on through Saturday at the fairgrounds on New Castle Road in Prospect. The Fair opens daily at 9 a.m. and closes around 11 p.m.
