A motorcyclist was injured in a crash Tuesday morning in Penn Township.
The call came into the Butler County Center 911 Center just before 11:30 a.m. for a crash involving a motorcycle and vehicle on Route 8 South, just south of the intersection with Airport Road.
Details on the crash are unclear, but dispatchers say the motorcyclist was conscious when EMS arrived.
A medical helicopter was called and landed at the Butler-Pittsburgh Airport to take the victim to a Pittsburgh hospital.
No word on the exact injuries.
