The Butler Area Public Library continues to present activities and programs for all ages during this upcoming week.
Kids in grades 4 through 12 are invited to stop by the library from 1 to 2 p.m. today for a Pokemon Party. Participants can trade cards or play games as well as enjoy fun activities and enter for a chance to win a Pokemon prize pack.
Also, adults can receive a free blood pressure screening today from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Sun Room courtesy of a visiting nurse from the Jean B. Purvis Community Health Clinic.
Finally, the library will host a program presented by Cook Forest State Park on the history of the Clarion River on Wednesday (tomorrow) from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Periodicals area. No registration is required.
