A man accused of stealing from a charity had charges dropped but still pled guilty to a lesser charge in a settlement agreement.
After being accused of stealing $10,000 from the charity Nevin’s Hunting Friends 38-year-old John Minark pled guilty to Disorderly Conduct in non-traffic court. Minark will pay court fees and a $300 fine.
The rest of the charges against him are being withdrawn.
During the hearing, the charity was paid the $10,000 by Veterans Containers in which Minark was a partial owner.
