A Wexford man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to get explicit photos from minors.
79-year-old Albert Jeremias was indicted by a grand jury last week. According to charging documents, in early 2023 Jeremias was chatting online with undercover agents, posing as 12 to 15-year-old girls.
The DOJ says during those conversations, Jeremias sent pornographic photos and livestreams of himself to the agents. He also asked for sexually explicit photos in return.
Jeremias is facing up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
