As we edge closer to fall the Pennsylvania Game Commission is reminding those completing turkey surveys to turn in their reports in.
Reports are due tomorrow for the survey, even though participants are encouraged to report sightings through September 6th.
Surveys should include location, date, number of turkeys seen, and contact information if agency biologists have follow up questions.
These surveys help the Game Commission measure turkey productivity and birthrates year over year while comparing them to surrounding states.
