Katherine Marie “Kay” Sheppeck

Katherine Marie “Kay” Sheppeck, 92, of Butler, PA passed away peacefully on October 1, 2024.
Born July 1, 1932 she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine Sawron.
She lived her entire life in Butler and held various retail and service jobs. Kay was a very caring and loving person to everyone around her. She was happiest when spending time with family and friends. Kay enjoyed playing cards, polka dancing; and belonged to several bowling and golfing leagues. She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughter Cindi Kelly of Colorado, daughter-in-law Cindy Sheppeck of Butler, brother-in-law Rudolph Spino, a step grandson, four great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Sheppeck, son Gene Sheppeck, five sisters and a brother.
Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 9:30 am until 10:30 am on Wednesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 North McKean Street, Butler. Burial to be in Calvary Cemetery, Butler.
