John “Jack” Enyeart 83 of Mount Dora, FL passed away Oct.6,2024 after a brief illness.
He was born May 3, 1941 in Butler, PA. He was the son of John and Frances [Stover] Enyeart. He graduated from Butler High in 1959.
He entered the U. S, Navy in 1960. He served during the Viet Nam War and was stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba during the Cuban Missile crisis in 1962. Leaving the Navy after 5 years, he was employed by Delta Airlines in Indianapolis, IN., Tucson, AZ., and Orlando, FL. where he retired in 1994 after 29 years as a Senior Coordinator of Ground and Traffic Control. Jack’s passion was cars especially Corvettes, flowers and landscaping.
Jack was the beloved husband of Valerie (Wojtyna) Enyeart whom he married on Sept.23, 1972. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, brother-in-law Edward Wojtyna of Butler, a niece and nephew in Tucson, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Kaye Fulton.
Inurnment will be at Butler Memorial Park on Evans City Rd. No visitation or services will be held.
