David Corl

David Corl, 72, of Butler passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. He was born in Lebanon, PA on January 18, 1952, to the late Ernest Corl and Irene (Thomas) Davis. David honorably served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam and Desert Storm. He received his associates degree in electronics and electrical engineering. David was a member of the American Legion Post 945 Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Instrument Society of America, and he enjoyed photography. Father of Nathaniel and Samantha Corl; brother of Mary Jane Schlegal; grandfather of Derek Weaver, Bailey and Drew Clevenger and Blake Mathena; and great grandfather of Paisley Weaver. Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Ernest Corl. Arrangements were made privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD.
