Michael Arnold

Michael Arnold, 67, of Prospect passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. He was born in Clearfield, PA on March 22, 1957, to the late Daniel and Eleanore (Livergood) Arnold. He graduated from Clearfield High School in 1975; he also graduated from Triangle Tech with an associate’s degree in Maintenance Electricity and Construction Technology. Michael honorably served as an air passenger specialist in the U.S. Air Force from 1975-1979. He worked at Harmony Castings, JSP and most recently at Pulva Corporation. Mike was a man of few words; he valued hard work and that showed in everything he did. Michael loved home remodeling; anything from painting to installing hardwood floors, his work was exceptional. Michael loved tinkering in the garage and was in the process of remodeling his home. He loved taking his dog, Olivia, for walks and going to flea markets. Michael married the love of his life and best friend, Meredith (Grossman) Arnold on June 27, 1993; father of 3 children; brother of Martha (Bob) Rickard and Tom Arnold; grandfather of several grandchildren. Michael is also survived by his faithful canine companion, Olivia; his in-laws, Tom and Shirley Sund; sister-in-law, Heather (Paul) Horton and several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tucker Arnold, and father-in-law, Larry Grossman.
