David Bowman

David Bowman, 78, of Butler passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024. He was born in Butler on September 14, 1946, to the late James and Marietta (Scarpitti) Bowman. David graduated from Butler High School in 1965, then worked for and retired from Troy Allen Automotive Sales. He was known for being an honest and hardworking man and a wonderful husband, dad, and grandfather. David enjoyed hunting and exercising, especially lifting weights. He was the beloved husband of Diana (Robinson) Bowman since their marriage on April 22, 1972; father of Dave and Mark (Hope) Bowman; grandfather of Grace Rudish and Lydia Bowman; great grandfather of Raine and Tate. David is also survived by sister-in-law, Michelle Bowman and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Bowman.
