Crews were on the scene of a crash Thursday morning in Connoquenessing Township.
The accident happened in the 200 block of Powder Mill Road, along an s-bend at the bottom of the hill.
Dispatchers say a vehicle went off the road and into a creek. The water was reportedly up to the windows of the truck.
The driver and a passenger safely got out of the vehicle. One person was taken to the hospital, while the other was treated on scene.
Multiple crews were called to respond to the accident.
