Former IUP coach Cignetti named AP coach of the year

Pittsburgh-area native Curt Cignetti was named The Associated Press Coach of the Year Tuesdady. Cignetti has led the Indiana football team to a school-record 11 wins and a top-10 ranking. The Hoosiers are part of the College Football Playoff and will meet #3-ranked Notre Dame Friday night.
