She was born on August 18, 1944 in Providence, RI, to the late Steven Warhola and the late Rose (Kuzio) Warhola.
Sandy graduated from Butler High School, and went on to be Regional Sales Manager for Christmas Around the World. She loved shopping, especially from QVC, and had a large purse collection. Sandy enjoyed her time in Florida, where she would go to the casino and travel. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, where family vacations to Panama City Beach, Orlando, and Disney World were most memorable.
She is survived by her husband Herman S. Kuminkoski, whom she married May 24, 1996, children; Rhonda Wabe, Dionne (John) DeMarines, Danielle (Nathan) Myers, Rich (Lara) Kuminkoski, Christine (John) Brunette, and Nicole Winkler, grandchildren; Mikayla Wabe, Jonathan Kurtz, Nathan Kurtz, Collin Myers, Emily Myers, Chloe Kuminkoski, Kyle Kuminkoski, Bella Kuminkoski, Bailey Lewis, Jared Brunette, Rylee Brunette, Casey Watterson, Hannah Rausch, and Albert Pennachio, 10 great grandchildren, one brother; Bill Warhola of Westminster, CO, and two nieces; Candice and Christy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband; Ronald Hamder, a son; Jason Hamder, a sister; Theresa Warhola, an infant brother; Steven, and a granddaughter; Marissa Wabe.
A Visitation will be held on Friday December 20, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 21, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, PA with Pastor Alex DeRosa from New Life Christian Ministries officiating.
An Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
