A former candidate for governor and member of the Trump administration has died.
Paul Mango passed away this past week.
Mango was a GOP candidate for governor in 2018, but lost in the primary.
He was then appointed as an official in the Health and Human Services Department under the first Trump administration. Mango played an instrumental role in Operation Warp Speed, which led to the development of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Mango was 65.
