Carol Jean (Robinson) Mendicino

Carol Jean (Robinson) Mendicino, 76, of Elizabeth, PA, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Quality Life Services in Chicora.
Born April 28, 1948 in McKeesport, PA, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Roberta (Cross) Robinson.  She retired after working for 18 years at the People’s Natural Gas Company.  A lifelong animal lover, Carol was also an avid traveler and enjoyed collecting Wizard of Oz memorabilia.
Carol is survived by her daughter Christina (Lee) Oniboni of Butler and five grandchildren:  Ardan, Xavier, Darius, Gianna, and Gabrielle Oniboni.  She is also survived by her sisters Patricia Stentz of Alabama and Nancy Berkheiser of Utah.
MENDICINO – Family and friends of Carol J. Mendicino will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 PM on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Funeral services will follow at 4 PM at the Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Corbett officiating.  Committal Services will be held at the Office Chapel of Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 11 AM.
Memorial contributions may be made in Carol’s name to J and J Farms Animal Sanctuary, Inc. in Saxonburg.
