The driver of the school bus involved in a serious crash in the Mars Area School District has died.
District officials said in a letter that William “Bob” Miller died this week.
Miller was a bus driver in the school district and for A.J. Myers & Sons for 10 years.
There was no word on his cause of death.
Miller was the driver of the school bus that went off Three Degree Road and crashed into a tree last Thursday morning. Seven Mars students were taken to the hospital as a result of the crash—but all have since been treated and released.
