Traffic was delayed for a time this morning after a rollover crash involving a dump truck on I-79.
The accident happened just before 7:30 a.m. on I-79 Southbound, just south of the Zelienople/Route 68 exit.
Dispatchers say a tri-axle truck rolled over near mile marker 86. One person was initially entrapped in the vehicle, but was extricated within 15 minutes. The driver was taken for treatment, but did not suffer any serious injuries.
Traffic was delayed for hours as crews worked to clear the scene.
