A local school district is making some security changes.
According to our news partners at WPXI, Mars Area School District has declined to renew their longtime contract with the Adams Township Police Department. A statement on the department’s Facebook page says the department had been providing resource officers since 2012.
This decision will impact resource officers at the middle school and high school.
