The boil water advisory that in effect in East Brady has been lifted.
The Department of Environmental Protection initially placed a boil water advisory for residents in East Brady on Saturday after a chemical was mistakenly added to the water system.
The East Brady Water System said the water was tested and came back negative on both Sunday and Monday.
Residents are asked to flush their hot and cold water by running it a few minutes before usage.
