A woman is in the Butler County Prison after she allegedly attacked several hospital workers.
Butler Township Police were called to Butler Memorial Hospital just after midnight Sunday for a woman who assaulted hospital workers.
According to charging documents, 46-year-old Margaret Durler of Butler came to the hospital for a detox. While admitting Durler, she allegedly started to fight with staff by throwing a metal pan at them and spitting on nurses.
Durler has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, and is being held in the Butler County Prison on $75,000 bail as she awaits a preliminary hearing.
