A local township inviting the public to a gathering this weekend.
The 16th annual Penn Township Community Day is being held on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at Penn Township’s Harcrest Park on Three Degree Road, near the intersection of Brownsdale Road.
This free event will feature many tents with displays from various local vendors and organizations. There will also be food, live entertainment, raffles, pony rides, face painting, a bounce house, and a dunk tank.
There are also opportunities for residents to volunteer to help with the event or to donate. Anyone interested in volunteering or donating can call 724-586-1165 option 1.
