Barbara Workley

Barbara Workley, 74, of Prospect passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025. She was born in Butler on May 11, 1951, to the late Aloysius and Wilma “Billie” (Barleman) McGowan. Barbara received her associates degree from BC3 in Accounting. She loved flowers, gardening and visiting the beach. Barbara was an amazing seamstress, cook and baker. She loved spending time with her dog, Lilly, and was known for always smiling. Mother of Brian Workley and Kristen (Workley) Barnes; sister of Donna (McGowan) Hensel; grandmother of Dean Workley, Lyncie and Jace Barnes. Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Michael Workley, and her sister, Mary Anne (McGowan) Keller. Arrangements were made through SPENCER D.
