A new tool has been created to help prevent errors when imputing new federal regulation information when accessing public assistance benefits.
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Office of Administration has introduced several new tools that will automatically be put in place to help those looking to access benefits.
The trackmybenefits.pa.gov will show where in the process an application may be in real time.
The tool also has intelligent document processing, consent-based income verification, self-service Password reset, and SNAP case checker that will oversee eligibility.
Due to new federal work regulations some SNAP recipients may see new requirements and these new tools look to prevent any error with new regulations.
