Howard C. Killmeyer of Butler, PA, passed away at the age of 87, on December 31, 2025, from cancer. His wife, Gail preceded him in death. He was the son of Theodore and Marie Killmeyer (Lehnerd). He graduated from Butler High School and attended Grove City College. He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserves. He retired from International Staple and Machine Co. where he served as Purchasing Agent. He was an avid hunter who also loved gardening and listening to live local music.
He enjoyed going to Valley Dairy for breakfast and the Monroe Hotel for Saturday dinner with his daughters. He was caring and generous to his daughters and grandchildren.
He had two brothers, Larry Killmeyer (Nancy), Ted Killmeyer (Barb) and a half-brother Joe Stevenson (Anita) and three grandchildren, Laurel Wain, Joshua Wain and Ryan Marcella from his daughter Robin Marcella (Barry) along with several nieces, nephews and granddogs.
