–The New Castle boys improved to 13-0 following a 77-56 win over North Hills last night.
–The Grove City boys downed Sharon 63-59. The Eagles went on a 22-1 run to start the fourth quarter, and erased a 15-point deficit.
Girls basketball:
–Karns City-29 Butler-26.
–Freeport-50 Derry-15. Nia DeSanti led the Yellow Jackets with 17 points.
–Oakland Catholic-50 North Catholic-36. Brady Wehner led the Lady Trojans with 18 points.
–South Fayette-92 Mars-36.
–Slippery Rock-61 Hickory-29. Madison Romanovich led the Rockets with 24 points.
