Donna I. Donaldson, 79, of Butler passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026. She was born in Butler on February 25, 1947, to the late Pete and Betty (Arnold) Crevar. She graduated from Western PA Business school where she majored in IBM Punch Card Machines. Donna started her career with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, then worked at other various government agencies before retiring as the Butler Twp. Secretary.
Donna was passionate about music, even attending Woodstock, her favorites include Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones. She enjoyed flower gardening and antiquing; and was active with homeless cat charities.
Donna was known for being fun, kind, thoughtful and fiercely independent.
She is survived by her son, Peter (Dina) Donaldson and her brother, Bob Crevar.
