A man is in the Butler County Prison following an attempted break-in.
On Thursday, police were called to a home on the 300 block of West Brady Street for an attempted break in.
When officers got on scene, the victim said 37-year-old Bruce Stennett attempted to break into the home but had ran from the scene on foot. Stennett would eventually be tasered to be taken into custody.
At the home a shoe print was seen on the outside of the door along with the door being broken.
Stennett is facing several charges including burglary, evading arrest, and public drunkenness.
Bail has been set at $60,000 and a preliminary hearing has been set for March 16.
