Congressman Mike Kelly is supporting a bill that would crack down on illegal immigrants obtaining a commercial driver’s license.
Kelly co-sponsored the bill known as “Dalilah’s Law” which would provide tighter restrictions on how states approve CDLs.
The law was named after Dalilah Coleman, who was critically injured in a crash involving a tractor trailer driven by an undocumented immigrant in Kentucky.
