State wrestling championships: Grove City’s Karenbauer reigns/Butler’s Sloboda medals and sets County wins mark

State Wrestling Championships:
–Grove City’s Chase Karenbauer won the 114 pound title with a 9-8 victory over Braiden Lotier of Bishop McDevitt Saturday. Hudson Hohman of Grove City was the runner-up at 152 pounds.
–Butler’s Santino Sloboda defeated Frank Leanza of Manheim Township to take his second career Bronze medal in the Class 3A 127-pound weight class. Sloboda completes his high school career with four state medals and became Butler County’s all-time wins leader with 176 in his career.
