State Lawmakers in Harrisburg are advancing a bill that would create a new control board for cannabis.
The bill would create the Cannabis Control Board (CCB) and take over the state’s responsibility for medical cannabis and unregulated products.
Both regulatory branch of medical marijuana and stabling safety standards for untested products.
On Monday, the bill was advanced out of the Law and Justice Committee by a vote of 10 to 1.
The bill will now receive a vote on the Senate floor before moving to the house.
