A woman accused of breaking into a Butler City home in September pled guilty and was sentenced last week.
In September, police were called to a home on the 200 block of Mercer Street after 59-year-old Diane Malezi allegedly broke into a home without permission and forced was used to remove her.
On Thursday, she pled guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 5 hours of community service.
Malezi will also have to pay $957 in fines, fees, restitution, and cost of prosecution.
