Police are investigating after an inmate died at the State Correctional Institute in Mercer County.
State Police received a call Sunday morning about an inmate who was found unresponsive in his cell at the State Correctional facility on Route 258.
The inmate was taken to Grove City hospital, where the person died.
State police did not release any other information, but say an investigation is ongoing.
