The Butler County Coroner’s office has confirmed that two women who died in a fire in Forward Township last month was accidental.
The fire happened on Old Route 68 on May 25th.
At the time of the call an elderly woman inside the home was on the phone but dispatch lost contact at some point.
State Police said two people died in the fire and were identified as sisters Christine Lamperski and Sue Ann Norris.
The Butler County Coroner has now confirmed that the deaths were ruled accidental and could not provide any further information.
A GoFundMe was started to help support the family of Lamperski and Norris lay them to rest.
