A Butler woman is facing charges after she allegedly stole a car at the Clearview Mall last week.
State Police were called to the Clearview Mall Dollar Tree last Wednesday after a person said their car was stolen while in the parking lot.
Officers would later spot the alleged stolen vehicle and suspect, 49-year-old Carrie Nolan. After a chase, Nolan was taken into custody.
Nolan has been charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and evading arrest.
She’s being held in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bond.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 14.
