The asking price for the Hotel Saxonburg has been reduced after no bids were received on the property at a recent Sheriff Sale.
The historic restaurant in downtown Saxonburg did not receive any competitive bids during the sale in May, meaning possession returns fully to Northwest Bank.
The asking price has now been reduced from $700,000 to $550,000. The structure can hold 150 people and includes six rentable rooms along with functional restaurant equipment and a liquor license.
The Hotel Saxonburg at 220 West Main Street closed in March 2025. It first opened its doors in 1832.
