The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners will meet later this week.
On Friday, commissioners will meet at their Harrisburg headquarters to discuss regular agenda items, finalization of the updated elk management units, and a final approval for more land in Butler County to be used for gas drilling.
The meeting will allow public comment beginning at 1pm but those interested in speaking must register at 12:15pm. Speakers are limited to five minutes and agenda items.
