A Parker man accused of breaking into a Bruin home and stealing several tools has pled guilty and been sentenced.
On September 25, 2025, police were called to a home on the 100 block of Kelly Lane for 39-year-old Anthony Carbin breaking in and stealing a chainsaw and DeWalt tools.
On Thursday, Carbin pled guilty to criminal mischief and defiant trespassing and was then sentenced to two to four months in prison and 24 months of probation. He will also receive 60 days for time served.
Carbin will also have to pay $1,001 in fines, fees, restitution, and cost of prosecution.
