An Ellwood City man has been charged after being accused of committing a sexual act in the parking lot of a Slippery Rock Township business.
On Tuesday, police received a call about a man fondling himself in the parking lot of the Dollar General on Centerville Pike.
When officers arrived on scene, the suspect, 62-year-old Gary MacDonald, told police he did commit the act.
MacDonald has been charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.
He was placed in the Butler County Prison on $25,000 bond and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 5.
