The Nascar Cup Series will race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway Sunday. Coverage of the Brickyard 400 begins at 1pm on WBUT. Bubba Wallace won last year’s Brickyard race.
The O’Reilly Auto Parts race will be run at the speedway Saturday afternoon.
The Nascar Truck series will race at the Indianapolis Raceway Park tonight. Gavan Bueschele from North Carolina is a driver who will be making his Truck Series debut tonight. Gavan is the son of Kris Bueschele and Natalie Botsis, who are Butler County natives. Bueschele has been on a rapid rise in racing. He has driven in the ARCA Series, raced a sprint car for Kyle Busch Motorsports and currently drives a sprint car for Christopher Bell Racing.
